Established in 2010, Anoa Capital had a clear focus to develop a primary markets business focussed on providing corporate clients with access to global capital markets. Since the financial crisis, the landscape in financial services has changed dramatically as the banking industry contends with exceptional regulatory, supervisory and strategic challenges alongside a period of poor economic growth.
When Anoa set out, there was a clear market opportunity for a regulated corporate finance advisor to help growth companies attract the debt and equity they needed to prosper. Businesses were unable to source the capital they needed from the banking sector while prolonged low interest rates drove a global search for yield.
A strong client base and experienced executive team
Anoa Capital has capitalised on structural changes within the market to grow significantly, expanding the services it offers and broadening its client base. It has also attracted leading talent from across the financial services industry. In 2013, the company established a new office in London to host origination, structuring, syndication and sales and commission brokerage.
Today, Anoa Capital offers primary and secondary markets advisory services to a wide range of companies and investors.
